A long-established winery in Katsunuma, Koshu City called "Honjo-san".

Originating from a joint brewery that was once run by grape farmers with multiple brewing licenses, wine is still brewed using grapes cultivated by about 130 shareholder farmers from its remnants.

All wines with the philosophy of "wine that does not get tired of drinking" have a well-balanced flavor and a timeless taste while giving the drinker a sense of depth.

It matches home-cooked dishes with Japanese seasonings, so it's perfect for everyday use!
