The main shop is miso ramen along Heiwa-dori, Kofu City.
There are more than 20 types, and you can meet various miso ramen.The carefully selected Hokkaido miso and several kinds of ingredients are left to rest for at least one month, and the soup is carefully simmered for at least 1 hours a day, so you can feel the richness of the depth.
Not only miso ramen but also dumplings are all handmade.
When you order ramen, there is also a free rice service, which is great.
