A rare shop where you can enjoy Hakata's new wave, a skewer of vegetables wrapped in pork roses.It is very popular because you can enjoy delicious food and sake until midnight in the center of Kofu.The lettuce roll, which is Kanya's famous crispy lettuce wrapped in pork roses, is amazing in its size!
A sukiyaki roll (350 yen each) with a thick egg yolk is also required to repeat.
