The long-established restaurant "Corner House" is popular for its 100% handmade dishes prepared by the owner who has trained in Sweden.
Thickly cut steak, big fried shrimp, and tail and tongue that are simmered for 3 days or more are so mellow that you can cut them with chopsticks.The demiglace sauce with plenty of meat and vegetable umami extract is also excellent.All of them are full of volume, and you can understand the taste if you eat them.
We also have a lot of special wines, so please come along with the food.
