A popular high-class bread specialty store "Donda Jichu" in Ogikubo, Tokyo, produced by Mr. Takuya Kishimoto, has opened in Kofu!
We are proud of our commitment to bread: "flour" that creates a fine texture, "domestic butter" that gives an elegant aroma and taste, fresh "fresh cream" without any additives, deep sweetness and mellow aroma. Carefully bake using carefully selected ingredients such as "Coffee Honey" that produces.
You can also buy lemon honey and coffee honey that go well with bread.
