The chef visits the producer himself and sticks to all handmade.A simple Italian dish that directly conveys the ingredients while having a gorgeous appearance.
The natural wine proposed by the sommelier from the walk-in cellar inside the store is also attractive.
Located on the 2nd floor of Koshu Yume Kouji, the interior of the store is a cozy space with a sense of openness.
