Nofu is a Japanese sweets shop located at the foot of Yatsugatake.
We value the basics of Japanese sweets cultivated in Kyoto, and do not use additives because we want you to eat deliciously while it is delicious.
Depending on the sweets, you can also use local ingredients ♪
In addition to leaf folds, which are characterized by the shape of wrapping bean paste in leaves, and pine dew, which is made by hardening anko and coating it with sugar, there are also sweets that make a sense of the season.
Recommended as a reward for yourself or as a souvenir.
