  Is the kurumafu cutlet I chose for my main dish really a wheat gluten...?So juicy and crispy!
  The fried korikiki and cucumber with ginger that came with it (I think that's what it was called...) was crunchy and had a fun texture, and the ginger accentuated its deliciousness, which was great!
  The power salad my mother ordered was loaded with vegetables, and the fried soy meat was so delicious!
