A special niboshi ramen shop where all ramen is based on niboshi and is made using pure water from Nagano prefecture.
All menus are additive-free and non-chemical, and no chemical preservatives are used.The soup, which is a blend of several types of dried sardines, spreads the flavor of the dried sardines in your mouth.
