Yamanashi's only restaurant specializing in grilled chicken.
"Chicken Yakiniku", which is quite unfamiliar, is as popular as Matsuzaka beef in Matsusaka City, Mie Prefecture as a local gourmet!
If you grill chicken entwined with miso sauce, it goes well with rice and beer!
We use fresh meat that is tightened in the morning, and if you are lucky, you may come across rare parts such as chirping.
It's completely non-smoking, so it's perfect for family meals ♪
