Ohisama Shokudo in Hokuto City serves smoked roast beef bowls made with secret spices and firewood for just 850 yen!

The smoked meat has a subtle cherry blossom scent and is slowly smoked over time to lock in the moisture, making it incredibly moist and juicy!

Our recommended roast beef bowl is simply seasoned with soy sauce, salt and smoked olive oil so as not to overpower the natural flavor of the meat.

This is a delicacy that can only be found at Ohisama Shokudo, where the meat is left to rest overnight to allow the smoke to settle and retain just the right amount of smoky flavor.
