"Hottate Slow" in Otsuki City is a stylish dining establishment packed with attention to detail. The interior of the restaurant, which was stylishly renovated from a "hot shack," is decorated with dried flowers and is very cozy.

We had a girls' get-together during their pre-opening. The interior was lovely and comfortable. The appetizer plate was amazing.
