Menya Oudo in Osari-cho, Kofu City is a ramen restaurant that opened on the site of the former Ramen Kizuna.
With a focus on rich pork bone broth, they offer a wide variety of ramen, from tsukemen and mazesoba to Jiro-style ramen and chicken white soup. Their signature dish is the hearty ramen made with rich pork bone broth and back fat! The thick, chewy noodles in the sweet soup with plenty of back fat are so delicious, you'll definitely become addicted.
You can order rice and have the ramen noodles and toppings as a side dish, or you can add rice to the soup for extra rice!

There were many options on the menu, so I had a hard time deciding, but I ended up ordering the popular pork bone soy sauce. The onion-flavored soup was delicious.
