"Saredo" in Kofu City is an old-fashioned Italian restaurantNODO Futagawa Italian Restaurant" and its signature dishes are made in a pizza oven and seasonal sweets. It is a rare restaurant in Kofu where you can enjoy "Pizza Contemporanea," a new pizza that is booming in Naples.
The interior of the restaurant, which was renovated from a storehouse, mainly has counter seating and one private room.
The light, moist dough has a new texture that is crispy, chewy, and fluffy, and you can eat it all in one go, right down to the high, puffed edges.
