Sakaba Han'yodo in Isawa-cho, Fuefuki City is a sister restaurant of the famous Kofu izakayas Sakaba Lassy and Sumibi Dining Isamaru.
The restaurant's wide variety of carefully prepared dishes, including robatayaki, fresh sashimi, and clay pot rice, are extremely popular.
The signature dish is the "Robatayaki"! You can enjoy seafood such as "Troy tuna", "rainbow trout" and "large shrimp" and vegetables, slowly grilled over charcoal, in a dish that can only be enjoyed here.
Be sure to pair it with one of the eight types of sake available at any given time.
