This izakaya restaurant specializes in shabu-shabu, made with carefully selected meat and soup.
The original medicinal soup, made with four ingredients including kuko nuts, pine nuts, jujube, and ginger, is salt-based and easy to eat, and goes perfectly with Yamanashi Prefecture Wagyu beef, Bando Mochi Pork, lettuce, and other vegetables.
They have a wide variety of sake, whiskey, sours, and wine, so you can enjoy a drink in front of the hearth or have a lively drink with a group!
