"Galette & Whiskey ROND" in Kiyosato is a rare restaurant where you can enjoy whiskey and galettes made from 100% organically grown domestic buckwheat flour. The same menu is available for lunch and dinner, so you can enjoy the marriage of galette and whiskey during the day.

The carefully crafted galette is a recipe directly taught to us by Chef Honda of the famous French restaurant "Blanc Yatsugatake," and is sure to impress.

The menu using Koshu Jidori chicken, a unified Koshu brand of meat, is definitely worth a try!
