"ONO BOULANGERIE" in Minami-Alps City is a bakery housed in a 100-year-old former hospital that was renovated. They offer a wide variety of freshly baked breads made with water from the Southern Alps.

The bread is handmade by bakers from flour using only pure ingredients without any additives.

"We want you to enjoy your fill of freshly baked bread, baked with love by our artisans," and they also offer an all-you-can-eat option for 60 minutes for 1,408 yen.

As part of supporting children through food, it's free for children under elementary school age, which is amazing!
