"cho·te OHANA's kitchen" (commonly known as Choto Hana) is located next to "Unagi no Ryuyu" in Kofu City.
A take-out specialty store offering quiche, cheesecake, pita bread, side dishes, and unamusu (eel musubi), all of which are familiar sights at markets and events.
The breads on offer here are particularly popular, with a wide variety of breads made from low-temperature aged dough, including onion bread, yuzu pepper bacon, and salted kelp.
Additionally, "Unamusu" and "Hitsuomu," which were created in collaboration with Ryuyo, are recommended for lunch.
