Located near the south exit of Kofu City, "Winged Gyoza Sannin" is an izakaya where you can enjoy a wide variety of gyoza dishes, including their signature dish of fried gyoza with wings, as well as boiled gyoza and deep-fried gyoza.

The crispy fried dumplings with wings have a filling made with the Chinese spice "five-spice powder," while the chewy boiled dumplings have skins made entirely by hand, so each one has a different flavor that's fun to try!
