"MOLQ CAFE" is located in the mountains of Fujikawa Town.

This cafe and cheese factory was built as a DIY project by two former office workers who are engineers in a small rural area, and offers a fantastic view of Mt. Fuji.

In addition to lunch and sweets made with handmade fresh cheese, you can also enjoy whey, a by-product of the cheese making process, as a drink.

You'll be amazed by the special flavors of their freshly made mozzarella and ricotta cheese, each one handmade from milk produced in Yamanashi Prefecture.
