Yumura Kinseiken Café, located in a retro hot spring town, is a franchise store of Kinseiken, the well-known maker of Shingen Mochi, a beloved Yamanashi specialty sweet.

You can enjoy original sweets made with Kinseiken's mochi and bean paste, which are made with the famous water from the Hakushu factory, at the eat-in area. The original blend of coffee, which is made to go well with Japanese sweets, is made with beans from "Cocktail Do", a roaster in Nirasaki. For take-out, you can purchase Kinseiken products such as arranged dorayaki and raw Shingen mochi.
