"Koyuzu" is a gluten-free sweets shop located a 5-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station. The store's name expresses their wish to create sweets that are loved and soothe the hearts of Japanese people, just like the scent of yuzu.
The lineup includes dumplings made with tofu moisture, dango inari with a fun, chewy texture and three tofu dumplings inside an inari, as well as rice flour pound cake and rice flour canelés.
Regardless of whether they are Japanese or Western, they plan to commercialize any delicious recipes they come up with, so please look forward to it.
