Tonkatsu Genroku in Fujiyoshida City is a long-established tonkatsu restaurant that has been in business since 1973.

Founded 50 years ago, the pork is carefully selected by experienced chefs without specifying the brand, and they use the most delicious pork at the time. The pork is carefully cut, breaded with bread crumbs made from bread baked specifically for pork cutlets, and fried in 100% lard. The moment you hold it, you can feel the lightness and crispness, and the flavor of the meat is concentrated! The pork fillet cutlet, which is made from pork fillet, is surprisingly moist.
