Based on the concept of "affordable premium" for everyone, you can enjoy carefully selected ingredients procured through Chateraise's own channels at reasonable prices.

The dynamically grilled steak is served with our original almond sauce, as well as yuzu salt and wasabi. It goes without saying that it goes great with freshly steamed garlic rice!

Chateraise Terrace Tamo no Kan also offers a children's course for the first time, in which chicken rice is wrapped in an exquisitely soft egg cooked on a hot plate.
