"Juwari Soba Irori Kofu Yumura Store" will open its first store in Yamanashi in August 2024 in Yumura, Kofu City! The soba noodles are made in-store every day and you can have as many refills as you like for free! It is bustling with local customers.
Among the extensive menu, the restaurant's top recommendation is the "Irori Special Soba Gozen." You can choose between the original meat and mushroom dipping sauce, and it also comes with four types of tempura, condiments, and dessert, making it a very filling meal.
The tempura is fried only after an order is placed, so you can enjoy crispy, freshly fried food.
