This long-established store was founded in 3 near Maizuru Castle in Kofu City. This small shop next to a railroad crossing is lined with delicious inari sushi and the famous kibi daifuku, as well as other Japanese sweets that have remained beloved for their unchanged flavor since ancient times.
No additives or preservatives are used and the sweets are carefully handmade, so the expiration date is the same day. As Japanese sweets are delicate and can harden depending on the air and temperature, they are carefully managed.
For those who love sweet bean paste, the kusamochi filled with bean paste and grilled dango (rice dumplings) handmade from mitarashi sauce are also popular.
