"Nanairo Omusubi" in Chuo City is a specialty omusubi shop that also offers eat-in service. The shop was named with the hope that customers would eat a variety of omusubi every day, seven days a week, and feel happy and excited, just like when they see a rainbow.

After much research, they have developed a special cooking method that increases the moisture content of the rice itself, resulting in fluffy, chewy rice balls that are delicious even when cooled!

The secret to its deliciousness is the careful and time-consuming process of purchasing the salmon whole, grilling it daily and shredding it by hand.
