"Nôtori" in Oshino Village is a reservation-only restaurant and auberge where you can enjoy cuisine from the northern foothills of Mount Fuji, created by two brothers from Fujiyoshida.
The chef will be Kohei Horiuchi, who won the grand prize at RED U-35 2021, Japan's largest culinary competition that serves as a place to discover young talent for the new era, and his brother, a sommelier, will be in charge of pairing drinks with the course meals.
On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, you can stay overnight at 1 yen per room (maximum 5 people), and breakfast is 3 yen.
