Shin Hajimemashite, an izakaya restaurant in Showa-cho, is a ramen shop that is open only for lunch.

The Tori Paitan Ramen, made with broth from chicken bones and chicken feet, comes in two varieties: the rich and mellow "Tori Paitan Shoyu Ramen" and the light "Tori Paitan Salt Ramen," as well as "Nostalgic Shoyu Ramen."

The noodles used are medium-thin curly noodles from "Menya Teigaku", which go perfectly with the soup!
