The Tori Paitan Ramen, made with broth from chicken bones and chicken feet, comes in two varieties: the rich and mellow "Tori Paitan Shoyu Ramen" and the light "Tori Paitan Salt Ramen," as well as "Nostalgic Shoyu Ramen."
The noodles used are medium-thin curly noodles from "Menya Teigaku", which go perfectly with the soup!
If the noren is up, it's a sign that the restaurant is open, so try and visit on an open day.
