On the south side of the Ito-Yokado Kofu Showa store, the former Fifties Diner will be renovated and reopened as "Wheat and Koshu Beef Research Institute PANTOBURG" in spring 2024.
The store has a wide variety of bread on display and can be used as a bakery shop, and for lunch you can enjoy hearty hamburgers made from 100% Koshu beef, and for dinner, juicy hamburger steaks and roast beef.
Enjoy the meat festival both day and night.
