"Iekei Ramen Shindo-ya" in Showa-cho Saijo is a branch of the famous ramen shop "Oudou-ya". You can enjoy Iekei ramen made with noodles and soup directly taught by Oudou-ya.

The menu includes the "Classic Ramen" with three slices of pork, a seasoned egg, and five pieces of seaweed, as well as the "Classic Tsukemen" and "Abura Soba" with three slices of pork, a seasoned egg, and koma pork.
