"NOBU SAKAGURA Cellar Door" in Hokuto City is a shop and tasting room attached to Takenoi Sake Brewery.

We open our doors to allow as many people as possible to visit, regardless of age, gender, or whether they drink alcohol or not.

All the varieties of sake and pure rice shochu sold in the store can be sampled in this space, and they also serve lunch! With original sauces made from plums from the plum wine and dressings made from sake lees, it truly is a gateway to the sake brewery.
