Kofu City Kokumo ``Kai Tonkotsu Ramen Bu-chan'' is a ramen shop located in the tenant next to Hotel 123. The restaurant has a clean atmosphere with counter seats only, and an atmosphere that is easy for even women to enter alone.
The tonkotsu ramen, made by a young female owner, has a rich, creamy flavor that shines with the shellfish soup stock. The ultra-thin white ramen noodles go well with the thick, potage-like soup.
In addition to choosing the firmness of the noodles and the thickness of the soup, you can also choose between rare or grilled chashu.
