COLERE is a universal cafe and restaurant located inside the Yamanashi Prefectural Museum of Art. The idea is for anyone to feel free to stop by and enjoy a meal.

The menu features an array of dishes using ingredients from Yamanashi Prefecture, such as European-style curry topped with carefully grilled colorful vegetables, cream pasta made with Akebono soybeans, a specialty of Minobu Town, and chili dogs made with Koshu wine beef. The volume is also perfect!

For an additional 600 yen, you can get a great set that includes a soup packed with the deliciousness of vegetables and a drink.

I had a large serving of Koshu beef bolognese. It had a strong flavor and was delicious. The turnip and asparagus were also crunchy and delicious...

I had the new menu item, Koshu wine beef meat rice, topped with raw egg and cheese and was very delicious.
