``Noctilce Coffee'' in Hokuto City is an independent home-roasted coffee roastery and cafe that was taken over by Hikaru Kubota, who was the manager of Café Yusan for three years.
While relaxing in an old folk house cafe, you can discover the charm of specialty coffee, mainly single-origin coffee.
Homemade pudding and cake are also available to enjoy with coffee. In the future, they are considering opening at night so that you can enjoy coffee and coffee with alcoholic drinks.
