``Sushi Sakaba Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter'' near Kofu Showa IC is a restaurant that serves tempura set meals during the day and serves as a seafood bar at night, which is unusual for Uoya Chikara's affiliated stores.
When you enter the store, you order and pay first, then drink water, tea, and clean up after yourself.
The lightly fried and crunchy tempura comes in a variety of dishes, including large vegetables, fresh seafood, and plump mentaiko.
From April 2024 onwards, we plan to sell freshly caught fish, sashimi, sushi, side dishes, etc. in the store space next door.
