``Original Abura Soba Specialty Store Tokyo Menchintei'' is popular among students of Waseda University in Tokyo as the first Abura Soba specialty store in Japan.
It will land in Yamanashi for the first time in February 2024! The flavor combined with the traditional sauce and special noodles that have been around since the restaurant's founding is appealing.
Abura soba, which is made by mixing vinegar and chili oil with a special soy sauce sauce, is best eaten while still hot.
The special oil soba comes with a hot spring egg, and the richness of the egg adds to the taste. Enjoy the ever-evolving taste of Menchintei Honpo.
