"Museum café Sweets lab Budoya kofu" inside the Yamanashi Prefectural Museum is a museum cafe where you can enjoy sweets made with plenty of fruits from Yamanashi Prefecture, as well as coffee and wine.

Fruits carefully grown by producers in Yamanashi Prefecture are polished by talented pastry chefs and transformed into fruit sweets. There are beautiful looking sweets on display, including parfaits made with seasonal fruits.
