``Small Bread Studio RISORA'' is located quietly in a residential area near Saegusa Hospital in Kai City. Made in his home garden workshop, he sells healthy breads made with domestic wheat and natural yeast.
The bakery is open only three days a week on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and there is a system in which each group enters in order.
Although the shop is small, it has a wide variety of products such as bagels, breads and scones made with oatmeal dough.
Each one is small and chewy, making it perfect for children's breakfast or snack.
