Yoshida's udon specialty store in Oshino Village where you can enjoy freshly made, freshly boiled udon noodles made with Fuji's famous water. Close to Oshino Hakkai, recommended for lunch while sightseeing!
In addition to standard udon such as kake and tsuke, what you should try when you come here is the same name as the restaurant's ``Hikobee udon''.
The hearty bowl of charred green onion soup topped with large pieces of chikuten, meat, kinpira, raw egg, and green onions is loved not only by tourists but also by locals.
