Unagi no Naruse, whose concept is to make eel more familiar, more healthy with eel, and more beautiful with eel, is making its first appearance in Kofu Showa!
The high-quality eel is carefully selected for water and feed, then steamed in the Kanto style, topped with a special sauce, and then grilled for a fragrant finish.The eel dishes are reasonably priced starting at 1,600 yen.
The flesh is plump and the skin is crispy! Intertwined with delicious rice carefully selected by a local rice shop.
We also recommend trying different flavors such as sauce or Japanese pepper. Above all, the combination of spicy wasabi and sauce is a must-try.
