“Parfait Bouquet” is a night parfait specialty store located on Olympic Street in the center of Kofu.
The fruit-filled parfaits, such as fruit parfaits and apple parfaits, have a well-balanced taste of sweetness and refreshing taste, and are just the right size, making them perfect for finishing off after drinking!
In addition, delicious sweets from within the prefecture, such as CHAMI SANDWICH from Kofu City and Sweet Plaza Est Est from Hokuto City, are also on display, selected by the shop owner, and make great souvenirs.
