``sai Breakfast and Cafe'' is a renovated yakitori restaurant near Fujisan Station.
The owner, who moved from Tokyo, serves breakfast, lunch, and sweets using vegetables grown with the blessings of Mt. Fuji, local rice, miso, and eggs.
The menu is vegan and vegetarian friendly and is gentle on the body.
The local menu “Fujiyoshida Yakisoba”, which originated from sai, is also popular!
It's nice to be able to enjoy alcohol and local products♪
Pets are allowed in some areas, and there is a pet menu as well.
