``Saito'' is a limited-time shop in Kofu's popular ``Hatsushikantetsu'' that is open every Friday from 11am with a different noren curtain.
The soy sauce ramen and niboshi ramen, which feature light soups that are different from the original miso ramen, are refreshing and can be enjoyed without feeling guilty.
The flavored egg topping has a deliciously smooth yolk, and you can even eat it just with the egg. It's also great to have ramen and rice bowls together. Sudachi rice also goes perfectly with the refreshing Chinese noodles.
