``Sake Dim Sum'', which is attached to ``Hotel Kinugawa'' in Kawanakajima, Fuefuki City, serves authentic Chinese cuisine prepared by a Hong Kong chef.
The recommended dish is the Cantonese duck.Normally, Peking duck is eaten only with the skin, but with Cantonese duck, both the skin and meat are eaten. ``Sake Ku Dim Sum'' is a popular dish that even Chinese connoisseurs are satisfied with, as it is marinated in a special sauce for over a day.
