"EIGHTS COFFEE" is surrounded by the rich nature of Yatsugatake.

The taste of coffee beans is greatly influenced by the place of origin, the producer, and the roasting method.We carefully select only high-quality green coffee beans and roast them in-house using a world-standard roasting machine made by Dutch company Gisen.

You can enjoy the deliciousness of espresso not only in our signature cafe latte and espresso, but also in desserts such as affogato and handmade melty panna cotta.

Light meals such as baguette sandwiches and big-sized donuts are also available.
