"Jongina" is located in the rich forest of Yatsugatake near Sambuichi Spring.

Surrounded by buckwheat fields, this cafe is popular for its thin and crisp galettes made from 100% buckwheat flour.

The standard complex uses ham from the local ``Ham Biyori'' and fresh eggs from Nakamura Farm, and the aroma and chewy texture of soba is irresistible!

You can choose from three types of galette: ``smoked chicken and mushroom'' and ``salmon and avocado'', and from 3:15 pm you can also enjoy a dessert galette.

This is my second visit. It was crowded because it was the long weekend before Obon. I had a pet so they showed me to a terrace seat. The galettes were delicious too...
