``Onigiri Cafe Yamaminato'' near Yamanashi City Hall is a cafe specializing in onigiri.

Using Tsuyahime and Rokusuke salt from Yamanashi Prefecture, and grilled seaweed from Ariake, the rice balls are made to order and are made with a special effort that would be difficult to make at home.

There are 10 different types in the lineup that change every month, and if you can't decide which one to try, try the Umami Shiogin Shari Nigiri.

The grains are well-defined, and you can enjoy the delicious flavor of the rice even when it's cold.We also offer hand drip coffee ground from beans and specialty teas.
