"Tabera Kitchen" is located in Kose-cho, Kofu City.A handmade Western restaurant that uses local ingredients and is particular about using additive-free ingredients.

Inspired by Red Fuji, there's a hearty, exquisite Bolognese made with 150 grams of hamburger steak topped with cheese, and a roast beef made from low-temperature cooking to make it moist and tender, topped with a sauce blended with white wine from Yamanashi Prefecture. We have a selection of carefully selected menu items, including rice bowls.

You can also purchase frozen side dishes, so we recommend them as a side dish.
